GES Promotion Portal for Teaching and Non-teaching staffs has been opened for 2021/2022 promotions. The Ghana Education Service is inviting applications from suitably qualified staff for consideration and promotion.
To qualify for this promotion, should have been promoted to the available promotion positions on or before September, 2018. Also, applicant should have been continuously at post since the said date (except period of approved absence. Furthermore, applicant must have very satisfactory work history with good conduct in the Ghana Education Service.

How to Apply for the GES promotion /Mode of application
- Applicant are required to complete the application form online and upload a passport-size photograph via the GES Promotion portal https://gespromotions.gov.gh/
- Suitable applicants are to upload only Masters/Doctorate Degree Certification when using it for the promotion.
- Also, upload all document in pdf format with the exception of the passport photograph
- In addition, upload clear, readable documents.
- Deadline for application is not later than October 14, 2022
- Finally, applicants are to send their current pay slip, last promotion letter and a hard copy of the application for to the Region.
